How do I view my open support tickets?

You can view your open support tickets at https://aptible.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests. You can also request permission to view all of your organization’s tickets by sending us a note.

When you contact us, Zendesk automatically generates a password for the aptible.zendesk.com portal. You can retrieve the password by following the instructions at the bottom of the login page.
