Why does my Aptible Comply account say “Wait for Account Activation”?

During a Comply account’s initial setup, one of the last steps involves Aptible staff activating your account. Please ensure you have entered a valid payment method as Aptible cannot complete this step without it.

If payment information has been entered and verified, the activation process generally takes 1-2 business days. If it’s taking longer, please contact us at support@aptible.com.
