# aptible apps:settings:set

This command changes deployment settings for an [App](https://www.aptible.com/docs/core-concepts/apps/overview.md), including its [maintenance window](https://www.aptible.com/docs/core-concepts/reliability/maintenance.md#maintenance-windows). Only the specified attributes will be changed. The rest will reuse the current value.

# Synopsis

```
Usage:
  aptible apps:settings:set [HANDLE] [flags]

Flags:
      --app string              App handle
      --day-of-week string      Day the window applies to (sunday..saturday)
      --duration-hours int32    Length of the window in hours (2-24)
      --enabled                 Enable the maintenance window
  -e, --env string              Environment handle (alias)
      --environment string      Environment handle
      --no-enabled              Disable the maintenance window
      --start-time-utc string   Start of the window, in UTC, as HH:MM
```

# Examples

Set a custom maintenance window:

```shell theme={null}
aptible apps:settings:set my-app --env production --enabled --day-of-week wednesday --start-time-utc 03:00 --duration-hours 4
```

Disable the custom maintenance window:

```shell theme={null}
aptible apps:settings:set my-app --env production --no-enabled
```
