# Reliability

## Overview

Aptible is designed to be an SRE extension of your team. Rather than hiring and staffing a dedicated site reliability function, you get Aptible's SRE team monitoring, maintaining, and responding to incidents on your infrastructure around the clock.

This includes:

* **Uptime & SLA**: Aptible guarantees [99.95% uptime](https://www.aptible.com/legal/service-level-agreement) for dedicated stacks and organizations on the Enterprise Plan, backed by SLA credits for breaches. Actual uptime has consistently exceeded that guarantee.
* **24/7 Site Reliability and Incident Response**: Aptible's SRE team monitors dedicated infrastructure continuously and responds to availability incidents, host failures, and other operational issues without requiring you to staff an on-call rotation.
